Zalatel wines

The Zalatel estate covers 10 hectares of vineyards. It is located on the south-western slopes of Brda, in the middle of a hill called Čisto in the village of Hruševlje. In the immediate vicinity of the winery are most of our vineyards, where we focus on the Rebula, Malvazija, Sauvignon Vert and Merlot varieties. 

In 1991, we embarked on the path of independence and bottled Rebula under our own label for the first time. Today, Zalatel Cellars has a wider range of wines. In addition to a fresh line of varietal wines, we proudly present a sparkling wine based on the classic de Onesti method and a line of aged Curso' wines.
