By education, beliefs and way of life I am mostly an ecologist. In NONA LUISA natural soaps I was able to combine knowledge with experience and make a 100% natural product. The basic ingredient of NONA LUISA natural soaps is a high-quality, cold pressed olive oil, to which I add natural herbs, local fruit, vegetables or wine. The soaps are perfumed with natural essential oils and for colourings I use parts of plants or clay.

Soaps are handmade, by cold processing allowing them to conserve their natural resources. Then I let the soaps ripe for at least 6 weeks in a controlled atmosphere, where the process of saponification, during which the natural glycerine is produced, takes place. The soap therefore does not have only the basic function of cleaning, moistening and protecting. It is suitable for all skin types, even for children and the face. It is especially recommended for sensitive and dry skin and skin subjected to allergies, acne, eczema and psoriasis. 

As an ecologist I am proud of the fact that NONA LUISA natural soup is 100% ecological and biodegradable product, and of the natural homemade resources, cold and hand process of production and minimal use of energy without side waste products and the final packaging, which is of natural origin and biodegradable.

An expert committee classified all our soaps among cottage industry products and they have obtained the certificate of Slovenian crafts, which is a further confirmation of the authenticity and quality of the products.
