This year's slogan for our traditional Cherry festival is »Design your own cherry festival«.

The Cherry Festival this year will be different and personalized!

It will take place on June 5th and 6th.

The offer of various Brda delicacies will be waiting for you in several locations scattered throughout Brda.

  - at the stalls in Šmartno and Gonjače you can indulge on local products, cherries and pastries;

  - on the terraces of the wine houses, you will be tasting a glass (or two) of wine while enjoying the breath-taking views;

  - we will spoil you with traditional dishes of the local cuisine with an emphasis on cherry dishes;

 And of course, for the nature lovers there are plenty of natural and cultural sites throughout the Brda hills, from Krčnik, the Peace Park on Sabotin, museum and ethnological collections, and churches.
