The »BRDA & VINO« spring festival has a long tradition. A few years ago,it was considered mainly a wine event for wine lovers, but in recent years it has evolved.  The festival has grown into one of the largest wines and culinary events in Brda. Simply prepared dishes have been replaced by original and sophisticated cuisine that goes together with top quality Brda wines.

The location remains the beautifully preserved medieval village of Šmartno which is in the geographical centre of Brda. Around 30 selected restaurants from Slovenia and  more than 30 winemakers from Brda will present their offering behind the scenery of the old fort walls. Rich gastronomic offer will be further enriched by providers of boutique products, such as homemade jams, olive oil, lavender products and other artisanal produce. The event will also be accompanied by a rich cultural program, which includes a vast musical program, thanks to the presence of street musicians, vocal and dance groups.  

Duration: 12pm– 19pm

Ticket price: 70,00 €  includes all program, food, drink and a tasting glass.

To ensure the quality of the event, the number of tickets is limited.

In case of a bad weather, the festival will still take place in Dobrovo, Klet Brda.

Children's ticket price: up to 7 years - free of charge / from 7 to 15 years -  10,00 €    / from 15 to 18 years -  15,00 €    (without a tasting glass)
