One of the main attractions of the Brda region are the houses, grouped densely together into villages, and the church at the top of the hill. Each of the churches has something to offer to visitors. In the church in the village Gradno, the painting of the Crucifixion of Christ, done by the local artist Zoran Mušič during WWII, is worth seeing, as well as the works by the artist Lojze Spacal, which are on display in the same church.
