Alpe-Adria-Trail connects three regions on a total of 38 stages: Carinthia, Slovenia and Fiuli-Venezia Giulia.

This long trail leads from the highest peak of Austria, Grossglockner, through the most beautiful mountain and lake areas of Carinthia and without any large detours it leads to the junction point of three lands (Austria, Italy and Slovenia) – Tromeja and then continues all the way to the Adriatic coast, to Trieste.

The trail also crosses the Brda region. Go for a hike through the Brda stage of the trail.
